As a passionate leader, I spent many years developing coaches and athletes and building successful athletic programs. But God. When God stepped into my life it became clear that He had a different plan for my life. I am so thankful for His truth. He has transformed my life and my family.  I have always had a desire to serve, but God showed me what it means to really serve Him. As Paul states, “Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with complete patience and teaching” (2 Timothy 4:2).  I trust He will use the skills that He graciously gave me that once built championship programs to build His Kingdom.  He has placed the desire in my heart to shepherd and lead His people and has undoubtedly called me into ministry.  A calling I have graciously stepped into as a service to the Lord (Isaiah 6:2).  As stated in 1 Peter, “Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them- not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve” (1 Peter 5:2). I welcome you to Finesville Church. God calls us all and no matter where you are on your walk with the Lord, whether it be just starting or many years in, there is a home for you at Finesville Church.
